In your training account, platform administrators can authorize access to digital training for agents according to defined criteria, and form groups according to the departments concerned or the different buildings if necessary. Trainers can also script their training courses by authorizing access according to a date, a minimum grade to be achieved in the previous module, or any other available criteria.

From the Apolearn platform, you can also define different roles according to your needs: designer trainers or instructor trainers.
